A team of 18 experts working with the WWF and across the KAZA TFCA (Kavango-Zambezi Transfrontier Conservation Area) visited the Community Rhino Conservation Initiative in April to better understand this model of community-based conservation and the impact and potential of the Initiative, on both local communities and wildlife.
The team is grateful for their insight and their contributions and are delighted with the feedback received. Partnerships that operate at landscape levels and take on a multi-faceted approaches to conservation and development challenges are critical to ensuring efforts on the ground are as powerful as they can be!
